Ms. Sadaf Parkar

I had my sessions with her from March to September last year. And I must say, it's because of her I am in a much better place now. I had severe anxiety issues, and by September I could see myself cope with it with ease. She not treats well, but she also creates a very comfortable and friendly environment during the sessions and otherwise. I strongly recommend her for any mental health issues you're facing.

Ms. Sadaf ma'am provided a serene environment as she attentively listened to my concerns, offering clear explanations that left me feeling positively energized. Her adept communication skills not only addressed my issues but also instilled a renewed sense of optimism within me.

It was a really good experience with Ms. parkar. She tried understanding every little detail and gave me time to explain my feelings patiently and helped me come out of my problems and approach the problem in a better way. I really appreciate all her efforts she's put into making me feel better about myself and handling the situation. Thanks a ton!

She is absolutely perfect. I had some anxiety and Depression issues. And she used CBT( Cognitive behavioral therapy) method to help me. She helped me understand the root causes of all my issues and helped me heal. She had her way to make me more comfortable so that I can open up to her. I still refer to her notes every once and then and they really help !! If one is struggling with Anxiety disorders or depression, they should definitely choose her.

Overall it was a great experience with Sadaf Mam. She is very much friendly, Supportive Person who helped me to identify my exact issue, difficulties, obstacles and also helped me to overcome them. She has always put extra efforts to help me in each and every issue I shared with her. She's a Trustworthy person and I was a lot comfortable to share my each and every issue and everytime she helped me out.

All that councelling sessions with Sadaf Mam has helped me to a larger extent. :)

The doctor was very friendly and did not judge me for my problem and encouraged me to open up. I'm normally not good with new people but she made me feel at ease. I felt comfortable and safe speaking to her.

The techniques which she gave to help with my depression and anxiety were also very helpful.

If there's anything I'd write that is not said before already, it's the fact that Mr Sadaf is the reason I am here today. If I am alive it's because of her of I am smiling it's because of her if I am able to cope with my emotions when I feel super low it's because of her.

I consulted Ms. Sadaf regarding my anxiety issues. She was extremely friendly, patient and a good listener. We worked together on solving issues I struggled with and she made made all complex problems in my mind easier to tackle. Her approach was structured and easy to understand, also I found it quite easy to communicate with her. The counselling sessions worked wonders with my issues and I am glad I found a good counsellor.

My experience with Ms. Parker was highly beneficial. She understood the crux of my problem and gave me excersises and tips that I could use in my everyday life. Every session was an eye opening experience. Her inputs and suggestions are logical and to the point. Also the counselling space is judgment free and that helped me to address my issues openly. I remember there was one time when I was not smiling at all, I was only crying and overthinking all the time but when I started my sessions with Ms Sadaf parkar ma'am, everything changed!
